Michael L. Glasser is a member of the firm and has been practicing here since 1999. Prior to joining the firm, Michael ran a political consulting business and worked for the Attorney General of West Virginia mainly focusing on matters relating to West Virginia University and Marshall University.
Michael is a licensed contractor and is now taking cases related to construction disputes. His experience running a construction company for the past six years, which focuses on general construction with an emphasis on historic renovations, makes him uniquely experienced to handle construction disputes. In addition to the construction litigation, he continues to concentrate his practice in areas where he has had much success over the years; environmental law, lemon law and serious personal injury cases. Michael also works in the firm's stockbroker litigation practice.
Michael is admitted to the bars of West Virginia and all United States District Courts in West Virginia. Michael graduated from West Virginia University with a B.A. in History, and while attending WVU was the Vice President of the student body and the representative to the West Virginia Advisory Board to the West Virginia Board of Governors. He received his received Juris Doctor from West Virginia University in 1997.
